It shouldn't....: .. Unless the infection is traveling down your neck into that area. You need to have that tooth infection looked at and resolved, and then address the problem with your clavicle.

Maybe: Never say never. It is very unlikely, but not out of the question. See a dentist asap for the infected tooth and when infection clears up and pain in collar bone disappears, then maybe it was a direct correlation.
