Dentist: Could be from normal shifting of tooth but could also be infection developing due to space left by removed tooth getting debris or germs trapped in it. Contact dentist who removed tooth and let them know what you are experiencing as you may need at least exam if not other intervention. Do no delay as infection could be bad. In meantime gargle several times daily with antibacterial mouthwash.

Wait for healing: At times the tooth next to Wisdom tooth looses the septal bone during surgical removal of the tooth causing less support for stability. The loss of stability and exposed Roots in area of septal bone causes sensivity and pain while eating. You need to keep the hind side of the tooth clean with help of Stim u Dent ( Tooth pick meant for removing plaque and food deposit) .See your Dentist if needed.
