No: Ibuprofen isn't safe in pregnancy. It can cause a valve/hole in baby's heart to close prematurely and can also cause baby's fluid level to diminish. Definitely use tylenol (acetaminophen) for pain control, or speak with your doctor regarding what your taking the medication for?
