Med relatively safe: Ibuprofen is considered relatively safe in early pregnancy &is unlikely to cause either a miscarriage or problems with baby. We avoid Ibuprofen the last trimester due to some possible effects on the baby at that point.We don't use Ibuprofen in infants until they are at least 6mo.
