I'm officially pregnant, 3-4 weeks. i've been going through my first pretty rough day of sickness and headache and wondered if i can take ibuprofen?

Don't think so.: I'm not an Obstetrician, but my understanding is that all NSAID-class drugs are best avoided as they interfere with prostaglandins and can induce labor if taken inappropriately (hard to say what the "appropriate" dose is for you). Also, Ibuprofen's effects on babies in 1st trimester is unknown. For ur sake & ur baby's, avoid it. Talk to your Obstetrician about ur symptoms & alternative treatments.
