Please have your gir: Girlfriend call her OB as her OB should tell her what he or she wants her to take and if her OB thinks she needs a workup, Motrin is not safe during pregnancy, tylenol (acetaminophen) in moderation is safe, but she may need something stronger than that and she may need evaluation by a neurologist.
