Weight: Try to maintain a plant based diet similar to the mediterranean diet and increase your exercise to at least 40 minutes 4 to 6 times a week, make sure you are breathy during the workout. Add a weight resistance work out three times a week, do sets to fatigue muscle groups. If this does not improve weight loss consult an exercise physiologist. My best.
