I eat healthily and try my best not overeat...small frequent meals... moderate exercise. but i still seem to be gaining weight?

Weight: Try to maintain a plant based diet similar to the mediterranean diet and increase your exercise to at least 40 minutes 4 to 6 times a week, make sure you are breathy during the workout. Add a weight resistance work out three times a week, do sets to fatigue muscle groups. If this does not improve weight loss consult an exercise physiologist. My best.

You are Growing: You failed to give us any specifics upon which to base an answer. How tall are you? What do you weigh? How many calories do you eat in a day and what is the composition of your daily calories as far as proteins, fats, and carbohydrates go?
