That's a hard one...: Fatty foods tend to satisfy more but they are high in calories; low calorie, high fiber foods may fill you up but may not satisfy for long. You're going to have to use willpower to restrict portion size, make healthy food choices, ; avoid snacking or overeating if you're serious about weight loss.
