Im pregnant & nw im 46 days, b4 i know this i played some heavy games like water rides & fell down had lots ibrufen for pain, is this effect to my baby?

Maybe: Heavy physical activity and Ibuprofen will put you at risk for abortion. However, the chances are low. Good luck !

Doubtful: The uterus is a protected environment for your baby. It's possible to damage the fetus but this should become quickly apparent and often requires very severe trauma. Ibuprofen is fda pregnancy category c prior to 30 weeks gestation. Animal studies have failed to reveal evidence of developmental abnormalities, and it is not known if there is human damage. Have a good baby. You should be fine.
