COVID concerns: I don't think I am understanding you because none of these three behaviors seem very strange to me. Maybe there are other examples of odd behavior? Is this your grandson? Have you asked his parents if they see anything concerning to them?

Speak to his doctor: This certainly could be normal for a 3 year old, but if this is not his normal behavior, I would contact his doctor who likely knows him better than we do. Many viruses can cause fatigue and other vague symptoms even after recovery from the first part of the illness. If he is eating, drinking, sleeping, and doesn't have fever, not as concerning, but I would still have him checked by his doctor.
