If you've had unprotected sex around your midmenstrual cycle, do a pregnancy test. If you're pregnant a properly done urine pregnancy test should be positive. Very vigorous exercise can interrupt your period as well.

Take a pregnancy test! Over-the-counter tests are very accurate. Generally, if you conceived more than 14 days ago, the pregnancy test will be positive. If you had intercourse less than two weeks ago, then you will need to repeat the test when it has been at least two weeks. Many times periods are just late, and you’re not pregnant, but you won’t know unless you test!
