Stimulation: Breast manual stimulation can cause a small amount of usually clear breast discharge. If it really is copious and milk, see a OB gyn md and have a prolactin blood test run. Sometimes, a very small micro growth in the pituitary can cause the milky discharge which can be stopped by a oral drug called parlodel (bromocriptine).
