Is workup complete?: In a 52 year old with heavy periods that are poorly controlled, a review of the workup should reveal: 1. A well documented history of the bleeding 2. A well documented exam of the uterus 3. An ultrasound 4. Labs, including CBC and tsh 5. Definitely an endometrial biopsy 6. Possibly a sonohysterogram to rule out polyps if this is all normal, and nothing is working, consider an ablation.
