Stop cream: Progesterone is a hormone that is produced after ovulation. You should only take it after you have definitely ovulated or day 15-16 of the cycle. Taking it earlier in the cycle will keep you from ovulating and will not allow for proper build up of the lining to allow for implantation. This can cause spotting or bleeding the whole cycle. Stop cream and your cycle should go back to normal.
