Limited data: While there are some anecdotal reports that progesterone can influence catamenial (at menses) migraine, there aren't rigorous clinical studies as of yet. If you haven't been able to control migraine headaches with medications, it may be worth a try (amongst others) if closely overseen by your doctor.
