Still early: The low Progesterone is a particular concern for a normal pregnancy but i would not necessarily rule that out yet. Other possibilities are an ectopic (outside the uterus) pregnancy, a molar (placenta only) pregnancy, or even a twin pregnancy with the loss of one twin. There are also rare tumors that produce the pregnancy hormone.
