Still early: The low Progesterone is a particular concern for a normal pregnancy but i would not necessarily rule that out yet. Other possibilities are an ectopic (outside the uterus) pregnancy, a molar (placenta only) pregnancy, or even a twin pregnancy with the loss of one twin. There are also rare tumors that produce the pregnancy hormone.

Im 7 w pregnant, 34 yo. Hcg was rising perfectly (1495- 3907- 21514), progesterone is good. First u/s at 7 w showed gestational and yolk sac with no fetal pole. Still having all sx of pregnancy and morning sickness. Repeat u/s in 1 wk. miscarriage?
