Great question: Thank you for asking ! you should be careful as to how much protein you ingest . The recommended total daily intake of protein for a male teenager is 52 grams per day, for a female , 46 grams per day. Formulas that recommend 1 gram per kg per day are also used. Eat a healthy and balance diet , much of your protein can be gained from proper food choices.
