Careful.: Creatine supplements can be harmful on a number of levels. First they require a great deal of hydration once starting to use them. Second, None of the supplements are undergoing any degree of regulation on how they are prepared. What makes this more difficult is that they tend to be endorsed by word of mouth with peers, often causing yielding to peer pressure.
