Exercise: You can take a protein powder supplement as a snack or as a meal to augment your plan toward excellent fitness. It is not necessary to increase protein if you have a balanced diet but having a shake once a day, no more than 15 to 20 grams of protein is appropriate. Try rice protein rather than whey to limit dairy. Best wishes.
