Not by itself: A septoplasty can be either a standalone procedure, or part of a greater procedure such as septorhinoplasty. In order to correct most cases of tip droop, the more aggressive procedure would need to be performed.

Not totally: A septoplasty is generally intended to alleviate symptoms such as nasal airway obstruction or deviation after a fracture. Correction of a droopy tip is part of a more cosmetic rhinoplasty procedure. Often the two are done together.

No: No, you will need a rhinoplasty to correct external nasal shape. A septoplasty is usually performed to correct the midline vertical separation between the two sides of the nose which can be twisted or misshapen. See your local plastic surgeon.

Not really: Sometimes the septum is treated during rhinoplasty, but a septoplasty is performed to improve breathing. Any work done on the septum to change the position of the tip would be part of a rhinoplasty.

Not with Septoplasty: That procedure does not adress tip droopiness. You have to either have a traditional rhinoplasty or do non surgical rhinoplasty - lifting the tip with filler injection.
