Unlikely: It would be very unusual for conventional septoplasty performed for blockage of breathing to result in a change in the appearance of the nose. However, in some cases, septoplasty alone may not relieve the blockage and cosmetic changes may be required in order to improve the nasal breathing. This is called "septorhinoplasty" or commonly a "nosejob".

Yes: When the high or superior part of the nasal septum is crooked, this can give a crooked appearance to the entire nose. Sometimes, an open or external approach to the septoplasty is necessary to straighten out the nose. When this is successful, the entire nose can be straightened. Consult a facial plastic surgeon for more details.

Possible: Can only change the part of the nose lower anterior (columellar show) which would be seen in profile. Septoplasty is part of septorhinoplasty, that will change the shape of the nose. Always see a facial plastic surgeon for nose surgery

Definitely, no: Septoplasty is the surgery to aid the airway. The surgery itself should not change the appearance of the nose.
