Food: The main foods to avoid are those high in carbohydrates.You do need carbs but eat the right kind.Look up 'glycemic index'.Eat those foods with glycemic index less than 40, and you will be more successful at weight loss.Fats and proteins are good and usually the glycemic index for these foods is low.
