Mixed diet: How tall are you and how much do you weigh? Being thin in an otherwise healthy person is not a cause for concern. Eat a mixed diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts; low in saturated fats; no tobacco and no more than one drink a day. Do not worry about gaining weight, it will happen and then you will miss the time when you could eat and not gain weight.
