Possibly: When diabetes causes seizures in you sleep it is usually due to you blood sugar falling too low. These are called hypoglycemic seizures. You may become aware of these if you awaken with muscle aches or have wet the bed. If you sleep with a partner, they will usually let you know af you have had a seizure.
