Nembutal: Nembutal is a barbiturate that is actually indicated to control seizure disorders, in addition to the sedative effect prescribed for your teen. It does have idiosyncratic side effects on the cns, and can cause sg abnormalities, especially if your teen was using other meds or ingested alcohol. I presume the Nembutal was discontinued and something else rxd for sleep? If so, there should be no sequel.
