Diabetes: High Blood Sugar usually asymptomatic unless it's really high to the point which the patient becomes dehydrated, but low blood sugar symptoms are sweating, shakiness, blurred vision, weakness, dizziness, feeling anxious, palpitation and even headache. If blood sugar goes very low there is a possibility of seizure, if the blood sugar is not well controlled can cause stroke, check your bs once a day

Sugar and the Brain: For the health of your brain, keep your blood sugar between 55-200. When the level is below 40 or above 300 your risk of seizure or stroke increases. Hope that helps!
