Better approach: Better approach would be to straighten teeth before capping them, rather than making caps for teeth that are in wrong positions. Yes, invisalign will move capped teeth, but not bridges or implants, and with only about half the success of traditional braces. Please talk to a qualified orthodontic specialist before you consider tooth/jaw movement.

Not a problem: Invisalign (as well as fixed braces) work well with 'capped' teeth (teeth with crowns). Adhesives used to attach braces to crowns sometimes fail due to a compromised porcelain-cement bond. Invisalign, by virtue of the fact that it fits 'like a glove', completely surrounds the capped tooth and should effect its movement without any negative consequence.
