No: But if your goal is to stay in top shape to many beers won't help. Alcohol is a vasodialator so if you get some swelling don't be surprised.

Exercise & Alcohol: We do not use the words 'bad' or 'good' in medicine. It will be unhealthy. It will be like you did not work out. That much carbs and alcohol as wholly empty calories sort of goes against the reason you are exercising. Correct?
