Alcohol: Consistently drinking 4-5 beers a day is quite a lot. It indicates you're using this habitually, and could be at least psychologically dependent on the alcohol. With this amount, you could also have some physical withdrawal effects if stopping as well. You might want to see your physician for a general health evaluation, and let him/her know you're concerned about your beer intake (if you are).
