What can you do to motivate yourself to exercise and look better?

Set concrete goals: Set concrete short term goals (ex. In one week, i will be able to walk up 1 flight of stairs without being out of breath or in 2 months, i will be able to fit into my old jeans). When you're feeling unmotivated, picture yourself having achieved that goal or picture yourself as the person you wish to become as a result of exercise.

Everyone different : Everyone is different. Many people are motivated by social cues: how they look to friends, or colleagues. Others are motivated by health benefits , feeling better, increased energy or increased life expectancy. Find what works for you. And make if fun , convenient and or somehow enjoyable so it not so hard to motivate yourself.
