Varies: Each individual has their own means of motivation for anything they do. If you are exercising that is great for maintaining your physical strength and flexibility to say nothing of your lipid profile, and your appearance. Ask yourself why you are exercising and use projected results as motivation. Go to it and compete in the next olympics.
