Exercise with frend: Good question. Once people start exercising they usually feel the benefits and will then continue so the trick is how to get them to start. Inviting your friend to exercise with you may motivate him or her to try it. Be aware that anyone who is starting to exercise should start slow and easy. Start with something like a brisk walk in nature. Good luck!
