A 20-year-old male asked:
how to stop eating continuously and be motivated for exercise?

Slowly but surely : I have lost about 100 lbs and i know how hard this is. Hang in there - and keep focused. Do not focus on your failures - but focus on your successes. Try to take a walk every day - exercise for at least 30 minutes (breaking a sweat) at least 4 days week. That is the first step.
