Buy Implants parts ?: Yes a license dds is the only person to buy certified sterile parts from a license vendor. However with the advent of ebay/craigslist etc. Just about anybody can buy anything. However, you would want only a trained dds surgeon with hundreds of training to place them. The implant fee is to help defray his training costs, not really the parts. To economize go to a dental school.
