Keep feet dry: Skin that gets moist gets macerated, white and breaks down. Keeping feet try should help. Try foot power. Try socks designed to divert sweat. If occurs let skin dry before putting on shoes and socks.

Maceration: What you are experiencing is called maceration. It occurs when the skin becomes too moist. It predisposed to fungus infections. What you need to do is get some foot powder to apply between the toes as well as some topical anti fungal ointment. Apply it twice daily and it should improve within a week to 10 days..
