Can doctors detect stomach cancer with a regular xray test?

No.: Typically, stomach cancer needs to be found with a ct scan or endoscopy (a tube with camera that GI doctor uses to see inside stomach). A regular xray will not usually show a stomach cancer.

Stomach cancer: No, but endoscopy, biopsy & blood work can detect it.
