Been having this left-sided rib/left-side back pain for months now. it's on and off. i have been to the doc, did an xray(normal) and does not believe anything serious. blood tests are normal, etc. still have this issue. cancer? concern?

Cancer as a cause of this pain would be unusual with normal labs and /plain Xray. Chances of a musculoskeletal or Kidney problem seem more possible. Ask your doc or see a Urologist/ ortho doc
