The one you DON'T: Take, because they're all a waste of money and don't do anything for you. The only weight you'll lose is in your wallet. Besides, who knows what's in them and what harm it could do to you? The only way to lose and keep it off is to learn to eat less and exercise more, it's 3500 calories to the pound. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.
