First eat less and E: Eat less energy and exercise more. If you can do both you will lose weight faster. Exercise alone will not work, so you have to cut down on your foods. Eat healthy which means foods that are low in fat and high in proteins. Sources of good proteins are eggs, fish, soy products and nuts. You should fill half your plate with salads, fruits and grains so that you can cut down on calorie rich foods.
