No sleep: The question is what was found during your evaluation that can be addressed so that you can sleep. If a sleep study was done and found only insomnia, then addressing the insomnia with medications, psychiatric therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc, is recommended. If you haven't done so, consider seeing a sleep specialist if as you say your current doctors can't help.
