Sleep Apnea Options: OSA often has a number on contributing factors: weight, nasal congestion (deviated septa, allergy, sinus infections, nasal masses like polyps), recessed lower jaw, enlarged tonsils and adenoids etc. See an otolaryngologist who specializes in this area to explore your options.
