See below: Check or obtain GFR which is derived from the creatinine, .If GFR is low you need investigations.

I'd be concerned: Your physician will look for some cause of your kidney function being imparied. One common cause is simply using NSAIDS. Expect a proper workup and ask to have it explained to you.
