I've had two c-sections that left a pretty sizeable scar. if i had a tummy tuck, could they go through the existing scar so i don't get another?

Tummy tuck: Plastic surgeons want to minimize scars as much as possible so they would probably go through your scar if at all possible.

Most likely yes: You c-section scar will be removed during your tummy tuck. Your surgeon will determine if she/he can place your tummy tuck scar below the c-section scar, thereby removing the scar with the excess abdominal tissue.
