Good for bones but..: Vit k plays a key role in helping calcium to deposit in bone (esp. The mk7 form of vit k2) but i would not say it can "drive high calcium out of blood." i know of know evidence vit k lowers elevated blood calcium levels (though it is safe to try). High blood calcium is usually due to hyperparathyroidism & vit k will not cure that. If your vit. D is low you should supplement with it. See comment.
