What type of streches/exercises can i do to at home to stretch my 10 months old baby's achilles tendon; ankles are very tight and never puts foot flat?

Depending o age: This may be normal, the part not walking with full pressure on foot. To stretch achilles bend foot up toward leg until they resist and hold for about 10 seconds then repeat. If the baby has tight achilles later they may need a per cutaneous tendon lengthening.

See doctor first: I would not advise doing any stretches on your baby's feet or ankles without first checking with the pediatrician, preferably a pediatric orthopedist or podiatrist. While stretching may be helpful, it can also cause problems such as subluxing joints or tearing or rupturing soft tissues (tendons, ligaments, nerves, blood vessels).
