I've been in a cast for a rupter achilles tendon repair and i keep getting a pins and needles feeling in my leg and foot... it also keeps swelling, get a tight feeling in the cast. what should i do?

See your Dr: See your Dr who applied the cast ASAP or your orthopedic surgeon. There is a chance that the swelling is causing nerve compression or lowered circulation. They might need to cut the cast off and re cast it. They should also look at why your leg is swelling so much.
