Fever not enemy!: First, fever does not need 'to be treated'. It is a symptom, not a disease. Push lots of fluid so child doesn't dehydrate. If very uncomfortable, then can give something to bring fever down, but don't rush to do that if child acitng fine. Higher body temperature helps fight illness - infection fighting cells work better at higher body temps, and germs don't like higher body temps and die - yeah!
