Take her temperature: Fevers cause chills on the way up and sweating on the way down but aren't the only thing that makes us feel cold. You dont mention other symptoms that would indicate illness (cough, runny nose, ear pain, vomiting). You need to take her temperature and if she does have fever that persists or gets worse after 2-3 days of ibuprofen has trouble breathing or persistent vomiting she should see a doctor

Nurofen is an Australian brand of ibuprofen. The dose for small children and babies is 10mg/kg (so a 15kg child would get 150mg) every 8 hours.
