Eyelid : Blepharitis involves the eyelids and you may see nothing or very scaly and wrinkled eyelids with or without redness. Thick secretion may also be present. And yes , it can itchy terribly. This may often occur because of a contact allergen or rosacea. Need to see an eye doctor.

See an Eye MD: Blepharitis or allergy are hard to diagnose with unarmed eyes. Your eyemd can look through a microscope called a slit lamp & make the correct DX and rx.
