Try Allegra/generic: All anti-histamines now available are over-the-counter (otc). Allegra (or generic fexofenadine) is a good choice for allergy, itch, hives, hay fever .. Other otc meds are: zyrtec, claritin, (loratadine) benedryl etc..
Also you may want to get seen to get tested for liver disease which is a possible cause of pruritis (itch) without rash.

It may: You can try benadryl, (diphenhydramine) if it were myself, i would be more inclined to see an internist or dermatologist to try and figure how why it is happening.
